Recent incident notification amendments

The Northern Territory has not adopted the incident notification amendments published by Safe Work Australia on 5 December 2025. While the model Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations have been amended, these amendments must be adopted by each state and territory before the amendments apply in that jurisdiction. NT WorkSafe will publish information when the amendments have been adopted in the Northern Territory. Information on the current incident notification requirements are available on this website.
